An independent bottling from Little Brown Dog, named appropriately (Liten Brun Hund is a direct translation of Little Brown Dog). Distilled in the former Mackmyra Distillery, before they built the gravity distillery. Matured for the full duration in a former ore mine Bodås, 50 metres below ground. Nose: Peach melba ice cream, pencil shavings, fresh juniper. Palate: Salted caramel, pineapple salsa, like a Swedish bourbon. Finish: Chilli chocolate, the proper fancy stuff. | |
