The third in the Galaxy series, Nova Star, has been matured in 2nd fill oak barrels and is limited to 48 bottles and holds an ABV of 51.4%. As Nova is referred to the phenomenon, when a white dwarf (a small, extinguished sun) suddenly - due to a thermonuclear reaction - light glows for a limited period of time. This reaction is generated by either a companion within a binary system that was close to or by the very large recording / incorporation of stellar wind.
