The recipe contains: 8 casks bourbon elegant, prestored 28/2/12-15/6/16, casked 15/6/16 3 casks Oloroso elegant, prestored 15/3/11-15/6/16, casked 15/6/16 1 cask bourbon peated, casked 13/3/13 3 cask Gravity peated, casked 13/3/13 Notes according to Mackmyra: Nose: Warm spicy scent with hints of fruity tones. Oak with vanilla, light warm vinous tones and a butteriness, healthy herbs with anise, ginger and sandalwood. Taste: Spicy and spicy with a light salty and peppery light peat. Fruity, warming and buttery. Finish: Spicy and oaky with a light saltiness.
