Milroys of Soho release their first three casks from Mackmyra. Regarding the Grand Cuvée, they say: This wondrous cask was hidden in the mine where Mackmyra age the majority of their casks. It was seasoned with wine that went on to become Champagne and its influence is sensational. There is a sweetness balanced by peppery oak notes that marries well with the elegant spirit produced at the distillery. | |
