Orsholms Brygghus is the local brewery in Lofsdalens, who have produced craft beer since 2015 using water from Lofssjön, one hundred meters from the brewery. On top of the mountain, 1125 meters over sea level, we find Lofsdalen Skybar and Europe's highest located whisky warehouse, where Mackmyra store over 300 casks. "Oak & Smoke" is the beer that Orsholms Brygghus produced, and that was stored two months on Mackmyra "Special casks", ex-bourbon casks with cask ends of Swedish oak and saturated with oloroso sherry. The beer has been given a slightly smokey taste. "Oak & Smoke" can be found in small numbers at the local restaurants in Lofsdalen.
