Mackmyra Ambassadör Small Batch is an elegant (non-peated) cask strength whisky matured in our Ambassadör casks – with bourbon body and Swedish oak heads. Ambassadör is a nod to the Mackmyra Reserve concept. Matured on 100% Ambassadör cask, 200 L. Prestored since 2012. Notes according to Mackmyra: Nose: Sweet and fruity with notes of green apple and sweet citrus. Subtle tones of vanilla fudge and lime. Taste: Fruity citrus notes of orange with a hint of spicy ginger and anise. Deep, warm notes of toffee and caramelized almonds. Finish: Intense spicy and fruity notes that slowly fades out to a medium-long finish with notes of ripe pears, tobacco and cedar. | |
