Private Label for Kingfisher restaurant in Mariestad, Sweden. Single Malt Swedish Whisky is a mix of whisky matured in different cask type from 30 to 200 litres, for three to seven years. The whiskyn has then been finished in casks satureated with cloudberry wine. The result is a complex whisky with saltiness, autumn and sea minerals, with an elegan and spicy character. Notes according to the restaurrants webpage: Nose: spicy with a complex palette och fruit and berries. A delicate tone of berries with a fresh acid, clear saltiness, minerals and cloudberries, together with spicy Swedish oak. Taste: spicy and fruity, toffee and dried fruits. Finish is spicy, lightly salty and fruity.
